FlashTunes can sync any volume, such as the USB stick you use in your car, an older MP3 player, etc. You can either sync your entire library, or select specific playlists. You can also instruct FlashTunes to organize the files on your drive in a specific directory pattern, just how you (or your car) likes it; for example, put all files in one directory, or create directories by artist, album, or both. FlashTunes will also create M3U files for playlists you sync over (or all your playlists if you are syncing your whole library) in a format that will be recognized by most cars.
